Shipping and Return Policy

At De Beaux Cheveux, we are committed to providing you with the best of the best. We offer free shipping via UPS. During promotional sales, your order will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive your order in 2 to 3 business days. For regular sales, the shipping will take 4 to 5 business days. Shipping is Monday through Friday. No shipping is available on weekends and Holidays. De Beaux Cheveux does NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.

Refunds and exchanges are for unused hair only. For more information, please email us at: hairordersdbc@gmail.com. Return the hair in the original packaging. We strongly recommend you include insurance in case of any carrier issues.
